Refund Policies
At Maltese Puppies Rehoming, we are dedicated to placing every Maltese puppy into a loving, responsible, and caring home. To ensure transparency and fairness, please carefully review our refund policy before placing a deposit or reserving a puppy.
Deposits
Non-Refundable:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. A deposit is used to reserve a specific Maltese puppy or to secure your position on our waiting list.
Transferable:
If unexpected circumstances prevent you from bringing home your reserved Maltese puppy, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months, subject to availability.
Deposit Amount:
A standard deposit of $400 is required, which will be applied toward the final purchase price of your Maltese puppy.
Final Payments
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the Maltese puppy leaves our care, typically at around 10 weeks of age.
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Zelle
- Check
- Money order
- Cash
Refunds After Purchase
Once a Maltese puppy has gone to its new home, all sales are considered final.
No refunds will be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Personal or financial circumstances
- Inability to care for the puppy
If you are ever unable to keep your Maltese puppy, you must contact us directly first. We will assist with rehoming arrangements; however, no refund will be provided.
Health Guarantee & Replacement Puppy
In the rare case that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your Maltese puppy with a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the health guarantee period, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
- Valid veterinary documentation is required
- Refunds are not issued under this guarantee
- A replacement puppy is offered instead
